Static Flapper for spout

This flapper reduces static of the ground coffee. If lives between the spout and the grind chamber. This can become distorted or break causing lots of static while grinding. There are a few different versions of this Costco HMVC grinder. This would only fit with the round tubular style spout with the bag holder arm.
